Anaheim Neighborhood Association endorses Tom Daly for State Assembly
Group Favors Former Anaheim Mayor For His Experience And Knowledge
On Important Local Neighborhood & Business Issues
ANAHEIM – The Anaheim Neighborhood Association has formally endorsed Orange County Clerk-Recorder (and former Anaheim Mayor) Tom Daly for State Assembly.
The largest resident organization in Anaheim, the group is comprised of residents, homeowners, and local business owners who are bound together by their concern for the City of Anaheim and its numerous neighborhoods and business community.
“Tom Daly did an excellent job as our Mayor, working personally with us to enhance our property values, add new city parks, and improve public safety and schools,” said neighborhood leader Mitchell Caldwell, Chairman of the active group. “He was born and raised in town and is raising his family here. With his experience and knowledge of our neighborhood issues, we believe Tom is the perfect choice to represent us in the State Assembly.”
“I am honored to have the support of the Anaheim Neighborhood Association,” said Daly. “Since their formation in 1987, they have provided important leadership and kept Anaheim residents and businesses informed regarding the issues that impact them and the city. I look forward to representing them in the State Capitol.”
Daly’s campaign has also been endorsed by many longtime Anaheim residents, community leaders, business leaders, and elected officials, including Anaheim Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Todd Ament, the Support Our Anaheim Resort (S.O.A.R.) organization, Anaheim City Councilwoman Gail Eastman, Anaheim Union High School District Board Members Jordan Brandman and Anna Piercy, and Anaheim City Elementary School District Board Member James Vanderbilt.
